Sin embargo, a ra\u00edz de las reclamaciones de los sindicatos vit\u00edcolas, una nota del 13 de noviembre de 1951 precisa \u00aben qu\u00e9 condiciones pueden comercializarse algunos vinos desde ahora sin esperar el desbloqueo del 15 de diciembre\u00bb.
