D\u00e8s son enfance, il baigne dans une atmosph\u00e8re culinaire multiculturelle et devient vite passionn\u00e9. Autodidacte, <strong>Herv\u00e9<\/strong> lance son blog et sa cha\u00eene YouTube de recettes de cuisine en 2007, en se filmant dans son studio d&#8217;\u00e9tudiant.<\/p>\n<p>Il est l&#8217;un des premiers fran\u00e7ais \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des vid\u00e9os sur YouTube et le premier \u00e0 proposer ce type de contenu. Il publie alors une vid\u00e9o par semaine, ses \u00ab tutos de cuisine \u00bb, des recettes simples et faciles \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser.<\/p>\n<p>En juin 2020, sa cha\u00eene compte 1 014 000
