L\u2019origine de cette curieuse tradition pourrait remonter au r\u00e8gne de Charles III<\/strong>. La tradition populaire raconte qu\u2019un lot de poisson pourri arriva dans la ville, et qu\u2019en raison de la puanteur qu\u2019il g\u00e9n\u00e9rait, le monarque ordonna de l\u2019enterrer sur les rives de la rivi\u00e8re Manzanares<\/strong>. Bien que l\u2019endroit exact ne soit pas connu, l\u2019enterrement a eu lieu pr\u00e8s de l\u2019actuelle \u2192 Fontaine des Oiseaux de la Casa de Campo<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n

D\u00e9part \u00e0 11h : Si\u00e8ge de la Joyeuse Confr\u00e9rie de l\u2019Enterrement de la Sardine : rue Rodrigo de Guevara 4, vers 11h, puis Calle de Santa Ana, calle de la Ruda, plaza de Cascorro, calle de la Ruda, calle Toledo, plaza de la Cebada, Cava Baja, Puerta Cerrada, Calle Segovia, calle San Justo, plaza del Cord\u00f3n, calle Sacramento, calle Madrid, plaza de la Villa, calle Mayor, calle Ciudad Rodrigo, plaza Mayor, calle Cuchilleros, plaza de Puerta Cerrada, plaza Segovia Nueva, calle Colegiata et pour finir \u00e0 15h sur la plaza de Tirso de Molina.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u00c0 18h le cort\u00e8ge partira de l\u2019ermitage de \u2192 San Antonio de la Florida<\/a> et se finira \u00e0 la Fontaine des Pajaritos de la place des Moreras, dans la Casa de Campo : selon la tradition, c\u2019est l\u00e0 que la sardine, qui est en fait en bois, a \u00e9t\u00e9 enterr\u00e9e. \u00c0 la fin, un feu de joie s\u2019allume et il est temps de dire adieu au Carnaval…<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n
