La relaci\u00f3n madre-hijo es inquietante y desconcertante.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Robert<\/strong> pasa la mayor parte de su vida encerrado en el garaje donde intenta poner a punto la m\u00e1quina de teletransporte. Asistimos a la vida cotidiana de esta extra\u00f1a pareja, marcada por experimentos de teletransportaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s o menos exitosos.<\/p>\n<p>Al igual que en la pel\u00edcula de <strong>Cronenberg<\/strong>, tomada de la novela de <strong>George Langelaan<\/strong>, <strong>Robert<\/strong> intentar\u00e1 teletransportarse, pero una mosca se ha deslizado en la m\u00e1quina, y el aprendiz de cient\u00edfico se convertir\u00e1 poco a poco en un insecto gigante.
